Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort is located on the sea just fifteen minutes from Sipadan. It is a unique " Water Village" Resort, offering guests excellent rooms and fantastic serenity of the surrounding sea, combined with first class macroworld diving around more than thirty dive sites.
A few minutes by boat from Sipadan but a full world away from it lies the exhilarating Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort, sitting on its sturdy stilts on shallow sandbanks of the Ligitan Reefs. Planned and built in full style as an airy, comfortable, sunny water village with no land in sight - but boasting a mile-long sandbank of powdery blindingly white sand where one can suntan at complete leisure - the Resort offers great food, surprisingly roomy and elegant twin-sharing wooden chalets with huge private balconies and attached bathrooms and a couple of miles of walkways for those who like to take their morning jog while looking at thousands of fish just a few inches beneath their feet.
Diving around is exceedingly easy and shallow but quite spectacular : the sandy bottom and the sparse coral heads host an amazing array of small, ofter yet-to-be-classified, shamelessly colorful subjects, making the diving here an unforgettable experience for any discerning photographer. The Resort offers three dives a day plus, if requested, day trips at Sipadan & Mabul. Divers say "THE BEST OF THE TWO WORLDS diving in Sipadan and the macro paradise of Kapalai".
| | Day 1 : Tawau Airport – Semporna Jetty – Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort
Pick up from Tawau Airport & transfer to Semporna Jetty and proceed to Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort by a speed boat transfer. Journey will take approximately 45 minutes in a good sea condition.
Upon arrival at Kapalai dive resort, Check-In to Chalet. Free at leisure. Get ready for diving around Kapalai or Mabul in the afternoon (for Diver). Overnight at resort.
(Lunch, Dinner)
Day 2
Free at leisure. Get ready to experience diving in the morning. Return to Kapalai resort for lunch and afternoon boat dive around Kapalai & Mabul (for diver). Overnight.
Activities available: Swimming / Snorkeling / Kayaking.

Day 3 : Breakfast – Semporna Jetty – Tawau Airport
After breakfast, ready for departs back to Semporna and transfer to Tawau airport for your flight departure.

Semporna Boat Schedule:
Semporna to Kapalai - 9.30am, 12.00noon & 3.30pm
Kapalai to Semporna - 6.00am, 11.00am & 1.30pm | | Important Notes | - Minimum qualification for diving is PADI Open Water (recreational dive certificate) or equivalent
- Strictly no fly policy within 24 hours after the last dive.
- Buying diving package with us does not guarantee guest to dive at Sipadan water. However, upon arrival at the resort guest may still apply permit entry to dive at Sipadan Island. Should there be an approval in any of the day during the guest's stay, guest may proceed to Sipadan to dive at no extra charge. The chances is high if guest's stay is longer (example for a period of 2 nights at least and above).
