7.30am - Meet at the hotel lobby, then proceed for a 3 hour journey to the northern part of Sabah. The journey will take you through scenic countryside, charming villages, and paddy fields. On a clear day, one can get a glimpse of the majestic Mount Kinabalu in the distance. En-route stop over to sample freshly barbequed corn. Then continue to Gombizau Village – the Honey Bee Farm. Here you may sample and purchase local harvested honey. Then proceed to Sumangkap Village – Gong Making Factory to see how gongs are made from scratch.

Then proceed to the Tip of Borneo passing a scenic, secluded beach, where one will be standing at the most northern part of the Island of Borneo before heading for lunch at Bavanggazo Village – traditional Rungus Longhouse. Here you will sample authentic local food and may purchase some of the creative hand-made bracelets and necklaces as souvenirs. After lunch, return back to the hotel.

*Note: If tour falls on a Sunday, we shall stop over at Kota Belud Tamu to experience the local market atmosphere.
