Padas River White Water Rafting

8.00am - Meet at hotel lobby and transfer by coach to Tenom, a small town located in the interior division of Sabah. This town was formerly known as Fort Birch during the colonial period. Arrive Tenom and proceed to Pangie by train. This thrilling and scenic ride will take 45 minutes by ‘push-trolley ride’. Upon reaching the starting point, light refreshments will be served. Then equipment will be provided and guest gear up for a safety briefing by professional river guide and rafting commences.

The 30KM white water rafting is the longest in Borneo! The first 9KM of rafting covers 7 classes of III-IV rapids. Have a quick stop for a sumptuous lunch at Rayoh Station before continue rafting down along side the majestic rainforest of Borneo. Ending point will be at Halogilat where guest will be transferred by village boat or train ride (depending on availability) to Beaufort Town. Here you may freshen up, get changed and board coach back to your respective hotel. Estimated time of arrival in Kota Kinabaly city is at 8.30pm.

REMARKS
  • Additional charge of RM40.00 per person / per return transfer from outskirt hotels.
  • Age limit is 12 years and above (subject to company’s discretion).
  • Participants must be physically fit and loves adventure (please keep fingernails short).
  • Liability Form MUST be understood and signed before tour commences.
  • Pick-up time will be at 7.15am from KK IF starting point is in Beaufort.
THINGS TO BRING Cap/Hat, Insect Repellent, Comfortable clothes (preferred short pants) and sandals with strap/sport shoes, towel, swim wear, drinking water, sun-block lotion, extra clothes and extra cash for other purchases. (Wearing jewellery and bringing non-waterproof merchandises are not encouraged)
