9.00am - Meet at the hotel lobby then proceed to Tun Mustapha Building, formerly known as Sabah Foundation Building - an architectural marvel as one of the few hanging structures in the world followed by a visit to the Pu Toh Tze Chinese Buddhist Temple.

Then visit the Kota Kinabalu City Wetland (formerly known as the Kota Kinabalu City Bird Sanctuary) which was established to conserve the many different species of birds found in Borneo. The birds in the sanctuary are not held in cages, instead they are free to roam around the sanctuary whenever or wherever they please. The sanctuary provides visitors with an insight on bird habitats, behaviors , eating habits and providing a ’birds’ eye view’ to live birds that live a round the sanctuary.

After departing from the Bird Sanctuary, pass through the magnificent site of the State Mosque with its majestic domes aligned with gold motifs. Return back to hotel.
